Facilities and Operations has primary responsibility for the stewardship of the university's physical properties, including 37 million square feet of building space. We are responsible for sophisticated and complex academic, research and clinical facilities, as well as associated environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance. Central Campus Classroom Building

The Central Campus Classroom Building will open its doors to more than 10,000 students per day and invigorate the Central Campus’ east gateway entrance at its location at Geddes and Washtenaw avenues.

Approved by the Board of Regents in December 2018, together with the Alexander G. Ruthven Building renovation project, the CCCB was built to support the growing campus need for active and team-based learning classrooms. Read more...
