# Batteries, for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)

Maintenance Services will replace the batteries in uninterruptible power supply systems if the system was installed as part of the construction of the building. For customer-installed equipment, Maintenance Services performs battery replacement and/or UPS replacement at customer expense.
